Terms and Conditions

• Payment to be made before plants are delivered.
• Freight costs dependent to state and courier.
• We are unable to deliver plants to Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory due to Quarantine Restrictions.
• There will be a $5.00 administration fee for any changes made to an order.
• Items which are sold out or unavailable will not be charged and you will be notified by email.

Despatch Policy

• Delivery will be made within 10 working days from date of payment. Delivery will be made via Australia Post or courier with our secure packaging methods.
• All plants are supplied in Tubestock. Tasmanians have the option of Tube, 140mm, 200mm and 300mm pot sizes.
• Orders will be confirmed by email. If you haven’t been contacted within 48hrs call (03) 63842165
• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• All plants are packed and despatched in excellent order.
• Our responsibility ceases when plants are despatched.
